Brush for Smokey Eyes

I've had a thing for smokey eyes for a long time, but having it can really draw attention to you which I can be uncomfortable with at times.. ' weird, huh, with my odd style and all ^.^' but sometimes I just can't be bothered by people staring at me too much when I go outside..  So I end up only wearing smokey eyes on photoshoots.

I didn't have time for a face or outfit picture since I was in a hurry to pick up my boy from the busstation ~  I'd love to have smokey eyes more often >.< after all it's not that time consuming when using the right tools!

The brush I use for smokey eyes:

It's called Blending Brush 180 by Make Up Store, which is my favorite store when it comes to makeup brushes overall. 

The eyeshadow I use for smokey eyes:

Stargazer. I like this eyeshadow since it's a matte kind of black, though I think it kind of crumbles a bit and falls on my cheeks when I apply it.. I'd like to try another brand soon, and when I do it will probably be Sugarpill!

Detangling Hairbrush - Tangle Teezer by Salong Elite!

So I went shopping yesterday and one of the things on my list was to get a wide toothed comb to use in my conditioning rutine.
Since your hair is more prone to breakage when it's wet, I never brush it before it's completely dried. But when I deepcondition my hair I want to comb/brush through it to make sure the conditioner reaches every single strand. No waste of conditioner here! 
So I thought of getting a wide toothed comb since it's said to be more gentle with your hair when it's wet.

Even though my head was set for a cheap budget comb, I left the store with this...

Tangle Teezer Salong Elite

Apparently, this brush is a 2 in 1, since you can use it on both wet and dry hair. The store lady said that it's even gentler than a wide toothed comb since the big teeth on the comb will rip your hair if it gets stuck in a tangle. 

Meanwhile, this brush has both short and long spikes so it works itself down into the hair softly, without damaging or getting stuck in your tangles.

The store had them in so many colors, I almost went with a purple one but I ended up with this one. It's just so bright and colorful! ~ I liked the black one too but (even thought it might look gross) I want to be able to see how much hair gets stuck in the brush so I can control my hairloss. For example, if I see that my brush gets full of hair in just one brushing, I think over my diet and so on to see if I can change anything to strenghten my hair from within and prevent it.

When I got home, my hair was all messy from a long day, I tried the brush right away! Without any pulling, I brushed my hair slowly, letting the spikes work their way into my hair at their own pace.
It left my hair soft, with no frizzyness! And that's always been a problem for me when brushing my hair, it get's a bit frizzy, electric and hard to handle. I couldn't stop working my fingers through my newly brushed hair. It felt just amazing! 

I can't wait to try this on wet hair combined with a good conditioner!

Geo Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown Circle Lenses - Review

I know I made a post about these lenses before but I haven't made a proper review since then so.. might as well do it here :3
So my second pair of circle lenses every was the Geo Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown from the Bambi series.
I must say that I LOVE the looks of them ~ they are able to make you scary of cute depending on how you use them. Below this review there are some examples!

Too bad they are the most uncomfortable lenses I've worn >.< also very hard to place into my eyes but maybe I'm just bad at it overall ^_^' they are quite big though, so if you have sensitive eyes or if you have trouble placing them, like me, then I wouldn't recommend this one. I wish there was a smaller version of them :c

Life Span:  1 year disposal

Water content:  38%

The only thing keeping me from giving these lenses five stars is the discomfort it gives me.
But since it might just be the curve of my eyes or my rare use of lenses, I would definitely recommend them to someone else! But I'm not sure I would buy them again  :c 

The brand is by Tsubasa Masuwaka, and she looks sooo gorgeous in them I swear >.<

Testing make-up

Is it only me who sometimes feel like trying out make-up in the middle of the night?
Excuse the bad quality QwQ cam pics are not always the best but it sure is convenient when you can't see a thing in your room or anywhere else, haha!

CandyDoll Lipstick "Ramune Pink"

Ta-daah ~ Guess what, this is my first ever purchased CandyDoll product, so tbh I was not sure what to expect but I've been really excited about getting this ^-^

Ooh, I just love the design of this <3 Can't help being excited about now owning a lipstick +.+ and yes, that is because I am aware that my lips does not look good with lipstick (I'm a lipgloss or nothing kind of person?) so I was a bit nervous.. =w=

Soo, the color is one I've been looking for for ages in regular stores but not yet found. Since my lips are a strange color, it's hard to find anything for them at all.. ' lol

PINK. I knew I would probably look rediculous with this color but I'm such a sucker for pink lips and ain't Masuwaka Tsubasa's lips just gorgeous? +.+ <3

I might make a proper review about this lipstick later since I was just gonna post pics of my random make-up right now... ofc I ended up with a longer post. *teehee*

Uhm, so as I thought, I do not give this lipstick justice since I just look strange with lipstick (especially PINK). But it is exactly the color I was going for so for that, I'm glad ^-^

Too bad I look like a swedish "fjortis" though :c lol sobsob *cries in corner* 

MAKE-UP: 

This is the so called "puppy-look" where I highlight and fake a pair of 'bags' under my eyes which I've envied some people for having since forever. <3 =w= derp. Recently though, I read that it is called 'smiling eyes' in Japan and that it is very much-wanted there now! Funny, I thought I would always be the only one =^.^=

Weekend in Borås :>

This weekend, My and I decided to have a sleepover :> so I met her in Borås and we went to the cinema and watched "Snow White and the Huntsman".

Review (sorta) of Snow White and the Huntsman

To be honest, I've been very sceptical about watching it since starring was Kristen Stewart. I'm not very fond of her acting and (excuse me for being shallow) but I don't even think her looks are suited for Snow White. I've always imagined her babyfaced and as a classical beauty and it kindof ruined it for me >.<
But it was a good movie, I'm very happy they managed to fit all of the important elements in.. and the effects were not bad at all :3

Maybe I'm being picky because I adore the fairy tale but.. I think I liked the old movie "Snow White the Fairest of them all" better.. Kristin Kreuk is so pretty <3

But before that we ate food at a greek restaurant, and My went crazy with her iphone... We laughed alot and acted like five-year olds sorta, so I think the restaurant-staff was a little freaked out ... v.v

Whenever I'm at a greek restaurant I always order the moussaka.. why? Because it's awesome.

One piece

Okay, I just have to be honest about this...
I completely detest the idea of a one piece. Everytime I see one it just reminds me of what babies wear when they go to sleep. And how does that make me look at the person wearing one?

Nothing says "I'm a retard" more than walking into a super market like this

Sure if you want something warm and cozy in the winter, ofcourse I get that. Or maybe you got one because your friend did or because everybody seem to have one today. That's... pathetic. Really. If I got to choose, I'd go with something a little more creative and fun. It looks much better than something that doesn't even look goofy on purpose..
