Emo Girl Smudget Eyeliner Look

I was really happy when the stand for my camera arrived :33 finally I will be able to take some decent outfit pictures!  Was testing it out for the first time a while ago, though this was during my allergies to I didn't do much after that  ^^' just that one test was a pain, having to put makeup on even if it was just a bit of a smudge around the eyes..

Well, anyways thought I'd share some of the result pictures with you!

For this I just used a plain black eyeliner and smudget it out a bit. Also a white pencil above my under lashline to make the eyes seem bigger. Very quick and easy make-up for those who wants an eyecatching look but don't have much time on their hands!

One of my favorite japanese models +.+ I completely adore her look, and I'd love to try out one of her Dollywink eyelashes one day ~ I'm very cheap when it comes to false eyelashes and in the end they just sit in a box under my bed and collect dust ^^' I really need to start using them more often ...

 I must say I'm still not a big fan of "Milky Bunny" >w< Even though she's a gorgeous model and a talented person overall, her music might just not be my cup of tea atm ~

Also, I do not use any products from Candy Doll that is placed on the skin because of how sensitive it is to makeup ^.^' Pores that easily clog and so on .. Q.Q

Brush for Smokey Eyes

I've had a thing for smokey eyes for a long time, but having it can really draw attention to you which I can be uncomfortable with at times.. ' weird, huh, with my odd style and all ^.^' but sometimes I just can't be bothered by people staring at me too much when I go outside..  So I end up only wearing smokey eyes on photoshoots.

I didn't have time for a face or outfit picture since I was in a hurry to pick up my boy from the busstation ~  I'd love to have smokey eyes more often >.< after all it's not that time consuming when using the right tools!

The brush I use for smokey eyes:

It's called Blending Brush 180 by Make Up Store, which is my favorite store when it comes to makeup brushes overall. 

The eyeshadow I use for smokey eyes:

Stargazer. I like this eyeshadow since it's a matte kind of black, though I think it kind of crumbles a bit and falls on my cheeks when I apply it.. I'd like to try another brand soon, and when I do it will probably be Sugarpill!

Easy Party Makeup - with only three products!

Just a little something I merged together tonight ^.^' trying to get familiar with photoshop again and I thiink I'm beginning to get the hang of it again ~
I had forgotten how fun it is to edit pictures! But I get so tired after just one :c *lazy*

I wasn't planning on making a quick tutorial about this makeup look but I figured why not ^.^' I might as well ~

How to get this look

This is what I do when I'm going somewhere but don't really care about or if I'm just too lazy to do anything extraordinary. So it's my so called "Couldn't Care Less Look - Gonna try to look glamorous anyways" ~ 

• First, I do my "everyday-look" with just foundation and plain cat eye eyeliner.
• Then I simply take a brown eyeshadow and darken the line above my eyelid to make it look deeper.
• Use the same brown eyeshadow to darken the area along my lower eyelashes, this really sexes up the look +.+ 

I like this look because it's fancy and mysterious, and also very "sexual" ~ rawr! >:3

How To Apply Eyeliner (Or How I Do It)

How to apply eyeliner aka how I apply eyeliner. 

Important thing to remember is that there are A LOT of ways to put on eyeliner but what I will show now is a simple guide of how to apply the most wanted winged cateye eyeliner.

This is the one I use for everyday since it's so simple and can be both used in an alternative Emo/Scene way and in an elegant, more sofisticated way.

Eyeliner tutorial:

• Follow your natural undereye-shape to make a straight line upwards. In other words, follow the angle of the outer corner of your eye.
• Draw a line from your eye to your already drawn line, a bit higher than half way up so it leaves a thin line at the end. Do NOT try to make the ends meet if you don't want a thick end of your eyeliner.
• Draw a line from the innercorner of your eye and make it meet the middle of the second like you made.
• Fill in your pattern, be careful not to go too far out when filling the wing!

And now you're done!

How To Make 2 in 1 Makeup Brush Tip

If you're like me, trying to save your money as long and much as you can, but still want to be able to have a decent makeup from time to time.. you'd find great use for this tip that I actually came up on my own!
Not sure if anyone else did it before me but oh well.. ^.^'

When making an order of shampoo and conditioner, I got a brush set with a few budget brushes with it. I was happy because I didn't have a lot of makeup brushes since they are usually quite expensive.

But ofcourse, out of all of my new brushes there was none in the size I wanted >.< I needed a medium sized one to make shadows on my eyelids, smokey eyes and so on... so I came up with this really simple idea.
So just scroll to see how to turn your bigger makeup brushes into smaller ones ^__^ this is what I do!

How to turn a big makeup brush into a small one

Tiny rubberbands. My boyfriend got these when he had braces. His dentist gave him tons that he never used up so he gave me the rest to put at the ends of my braids and so on ^__^ but apparently you can use them for a lot of other things! 

They have started to sell these but as ordinary rubber bands for hair so you can probably find them in your local grocery store! Look for them in the shelfs with buckles, combs and so on ~

Take the brush you find too big and roll the rubber band from the bottom up so you get a hold of all of the strands! 

If you need it even smaller, just roll it up a little further!

Testing make-up

Is it only me who sometimes feel like trying out make-up in the middle of the night?
Excuse the bad quality QwQ cam pics are not always the best but it sure is convenient when you can't see a thing in your room or anywhere else, haha!

CandyDoll Lipstick "Ramune Pink"

Ta-daah ~ Guess what, this is my first ever purchased CandyDoll product, so tbh I was not sure what to expect but I've been really excited about getting this ^-^

Ooh, I just love the design of this <3 Can't help being excited about now owning a lipstick +.+ and yes, that is because I am aware that my lips does not look good with lipstick (I'm a lipgloss or nothing kind of person?) so I was a bit nervous.. =w=

Soo, the color is one I've been looking for for ages in regular stores but not yet found. Since my lips are a strange color, it's hard to find anything for them at all.. ' lol

PINK. I knew I would probably look rediculous with this color but I'm such a sucker for pink lips and ain't Masuwaka Tsubasa's lips just gorgeous? +.+ <3

I might make a proper review about this lipstick later since I was just gonna post pics of my random make-up right now... ofc I ended up with a longer post. *teehee*

Uhm, so as I thought, I do not give this lipstick justice since I just look strange with lipstick (especially PINK). But it is exactly the color I was going for so for that, I'm glad ^-^

Too bad I look like a swedish "fjortis" though :c lol sobsob *cries in corner* 

MAKE-UP: 

This is the so called "puppy-look" where I highlight and fake a pair of 'bags' under my eyes which I've envied some people for having since forever. <3 =w= derp. Recently though, I read that it is called 'smiling eyes' in Japan and that it is very much-wanted there now! Funny, I thought I would always be the only one =^.^=

Shopaholic?

Ah, yea I'm sorry for being so lazy with the updating.. but I never blog when I'm at my boyfriend's so.. x3

So, since I got home I've felt this strong urge to spend money o_o it's insane. I'm afraid of myself...
Today I've spent money on makeup, a facial-treatment (hurt like hell D:) and lenses (again) since it was free-shipping till 30/6 .... V.V

And this morning, my mom decided to take me shopping tomorrow! All of a sudden! *faints* Can't wait. I'll probably windowshop most of the time though~ for my own sake :(


Since I really want to improve my skin, I've decided to try a new foundation (the one I just ordered), it's called "i.d. bareminerals", but I think they changed it so today it's just "bareminerals".

Apparently, it's supposed to be really kind to your skin and be so good for it that you don't even have to remove it before you go to bed!

In the store, the price was $70 and the brush for it was about $40 ..
My first thought was "I'm not spending that!"  .. so I went home and looked for it on the internet =^.^=

I ended up buying both foundation AND brush for $38, shipping-FREE!

I have high expectations about this and will probably write what I thought of it later ~

BTW! 

It has been decided that Sandra and Stefan are coming to visit me in august! ^.^
